OK, I didn't have the ACL.

This looks like <https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE/ticket/539>.  I don't
know how hard it's likely to be to fix, and we currently don't use ARs.
I might be able to give hints if someone wants to try fixing it.

I don't think you can get any more information except, possibly, with
the debug tracing (sge_dl(8)).
