To clarify, we have a couple of queues: "SmallTestcases" and "BigTestcases". We don't use SGE of user jobs, just distributed regressions. I don't want any job to be scheduled in the BigTestcases queue, unless the exec host on which it is scheduled has at least 3GB of free memory at the time it is started on the host.
