Dear All: All of a sudden, on a cluster that was working fine with SGE queuing jobs in the normal way, I got this error after a "qsub myfile.sh" on the command line. The shell file is unchanged from before when everything was working normally. Can someone give me a hint as to what this means? I ran a job "by hand" without SGE, and it seems to be running without error on one of the compute nodes. So I presume the error is coming from SGE.
Unable to run job: rule "default rule (spool dir)" in spooling context "flatfile spooling" failed writing an object job 638 was rejected cause it can't be written: No space left on device. Exiting.
