I had:

# qconf -ssconf|grep -i monito
params                            profile=1 monitor=true

but I see nothing about RESERV in schedule file, there's only:

::::::::
::::::::
::::::::
::::::::
::::::::
::::::::
::::::::
::::::::

I've chaned the value to MONITOR=1, I'll wait for log info.

about max_reservation, it's already set, but Iforgot to paste it...
# qconf -sconf|grep reserv
max_advance_reservations     32
max_reservation              32
