To enable this you define a boolean consumable with RELOP EXCL in the complex configuration and associate it with the host object. A job that requests that consumable will be routed to such hosts and have exclusive access preventing other jobs from using said host. Jobs that don't request the consumable will still be able to use and share the host when there isn't an exclusive job there though.
