Sorry for not replying to all users. Thank Reuti very much for exellent helping me on this matter!! You should point out the root cause, I believe.
In our environment, for special reason, sge_execd is running as a regular user. I think this is a reason the job will run as sge_execd user when it gets request from sgemaster. It does make sense. Will confirm and let you know if I am able to change it run as root. (Need ask our admin to do it. And not sure if make it happen) Thanks a lot!!!
