Subject: Re: [gridengine users] qhost missing values in SoGE >8.0

Hi,sorry for selfquoting, but qstat -F is missing the "hl:mem" values too,for
now my workaround is, using qstat & qhost from SoGE 8.0.0a, help would be
appreciated, what i am missing here. The Application which we run, uses
qstat/qhosts output to calculate the best values for mem and core count to use
for processing our sequence data.So is this a bug or have i forgotten some
where a configuration to get hl:mem_total outputted?and why are there "?v:..."
values ? in the old qstat/qhost they aren't there.Would it be possible that our
machine is to heavy for the correct output in the newer SoGE binary's ?Our
Machine has roundabout 2TB RAM RAW and 192 Cores. Please help meThanksAdamOn
