I meant non-interactive qrsh, eg:
$ qrsh -cwd -now no -binding env linear:6 -V -b yes /bin/env
=> No SGE_BINDING env
$ qsub -cwd -now no -binding env linear:6 -V -b yes /bin/env
=> SGE_BINDING is set
Anyway, the pe_hostfile trick works fine, thanks !
