In a continuing effort to resolve the problem where the queue gets put into an error state with the message (in qstat): => => can't open file /opt/sge/6.2u5/default/spool/r820-1/active_jobs/93629.1/pe_hostfile: Permission denied => I've enabled debugging in sge_qmaster by sourcing $SGE_ROOT/util/dl.sh and setting the debug level to 5 with "dl 5". I then submitted my test jobs, and the same problem appeared. Now I've got ~200MB of log file, without any 'permission denied' entries or sources of the error that are obvious to me. I can gladly supply a fragment of the logs (~1MB compressed) covering the job that puts the queue into an error state (plus some entries before/after). Any suggestions?
