I'm not involved in SUA, but I saw passphrase-less SSH failing on Linux 
machines where the protections of the ~/.ssh and authorized_keys file were too 
wide. Starting with "sss -vvv ..." may reveal more.

Another option if feasible: hostbased authorization w/o and special setup per 
user.

NB: Do you need SSH for parallel applications (i.e. no tight integration) or 
just to log in - is SGE itself affected?
