Hi,
I'm trying to install dbwriter (from ge62u5_arco.tar.gz) but it fails
saying this:
Java setup
----------
ARCo needs at least java 1.6.0_4
Enter the path to your java installation [/usr/local/apps/jdk1.6.0_45] >>
ERROR: java can not load libjuti.so. dbwriter will not work
I also tried compiling arco-8.1.6 source code from Son of Grid Engine
repositories and got the same error
The same error is thrown with Java 1.7. Analyzing the instruction that
makes it fail, one ends up with:
/usr/local/apps/jdk1.6.0_45/bin/java -cp /opt/oge/dbwriter/lib/arco_common.jar
-Djava.library.path=/opt/oge/lib/linux-x64 com.sun.grid.util.GetPid
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
com.sun.grid.util.SGEUtil.getPID()I
at com.sun.grid.util.SGEUtil.getPID(Native Method)
at com.sun.grid.util.GetPid.main(GetPid.java:41)
Does anyone know any way to complete the installation?
