Hi
Users are complaining that their high priority jobs are being delayed by
low priority array jobs. While high priority jobs are pending, already
running but low priority array jobs are launching new jobs.
They don't want to preempt already running jobs but would prefer that
the low priority array jobs don't launch more jobs while there are
pending high priority jobs.
Is that possible?
