This would be fairly manual, something like:

- Backup /usr/share/gridengine, /var/spool/gridengine/<cell>
- use yum swap/shell to replace the gridengine-* packages with sge-* packages
- Move the old /usr/share/gridengine/, /var/spool/gridengine/<cell> files into
/usr/share/sge, /var/spool/sge/<cell>
