Hallo to distinguished forum members, We are trying to run some job with a lot of output via qrsh and we get the following error:
* error: commlib error: got read error (closing "host1/shepherd_ijs/1") Calling command: * /opt/sge/bin/lx24-amd64/qrsh -b y -q all.q -now no -l mem_free=1G -v DISPLAY=vnchost:10 -V -w w -cwd -N some_job -v SGE_NO_EXIT_MAIL=TRUE job_with_a_lot_of_output Do you familiar with this error, how can it be avoided?
