Hi,
I'm getting the following error whenever I try to qsub a job
Unable to run job: rule "default rule (spool dir)" in spooling context
"flatfile spooling" failed writing an object
job 330 was rejected cause it can't be written: No such file or directory.
Exiting.
Similarly for qlogin
error writing object "331" to spooling database
job 331 was rejected cause it couldn't be written
I thought it might be a full directory or permissions error, but a df -h
. in /opt/gridengine/default/spool/qmaster shows 7.3 Gb available.
Using ls -h I can't see any permission errors either.
A "ps aux" shows that sge_qmaster is running.
What are the next steps I should do to debug this?
