Thanks, Daniel. This certainly helps. When you stated "I've refine doco" what are you referring to? I'm assuming the documentation. I reviewed the documentation, specifically, http://docs.groovy-lang.org/latest/html/documentation/#_maven_integration, and I do not see a reference to the <type>pom</type> statement. Am I missing something here?
