I solved it yesterday by separating the rows without IDs and merging them again in order to be able to use the normal ‘Add Sequence’ transformation. Furthermore, I am now using a database sequence to avoid problems with parallel pipelines. Works very good and performs well.
@Thad I also came across the calculator in the course of my research. Both this and ‘Formula’ are very useful universal transformations. Thanks.
