Maybe there is some miscommunication here.

Download hop you can run it in any machine,  Linux included,  where the
relevant Java is in place.

The gui will pop as part of the Java machine.

If you want to access hop through a Web interface the simplest is to pull
the hop Web container and run it in your chosen platform.

If you want to access hop through a browser without a docker container then
you need to build it yourself as its not a package that is currently
available or of the box.
