Cool! Eclipse BIRT uses the eclipse license, which is compatible with the Apache license, so it's ok to integrate in the Apache Hop code base. If the dependencies become too big, we can add instructions for users to add them themselves, similar to what we do for the LLM plugins. It's been ages, but I wrote a similar plugin for PDI back in the days. I never ported it to Apache Hop because I thought there weren't enough BIRT users these days. We could check if it makes sense to merge those two code bases.
