You seem to be adding new complexity with every iteration in this discussion.
What you're trying to achieve seems to be doable with one or a combination of
the `transforms/tableinput-accept-input.hpl` or
`transforms/tableinput-variables.hpl` examples in the samples project.
Most of what you're trying to achieve seems relatively straightforward, but the
current Christmas and New Year holiday period in large parts of the world may
not be the best timing to get this sorted out as possible.
The community support we provide here should get you a long way, is best-effort
and on a voluntary basis, so trying to add pressure won't work. If your
management needs fast and contractually guaranteed SLAs etc, free to check the
