[users@httpd] Trouble with AuthType and Location

Hi.
I've a vhost config like this:

<Location />
                AuthType Basic
                AuthName "com staff only"
                AuthUserFile /etc/httpd/conf/passwords
                Require user stuff

                ProxyPass http://192.168.x.x/
</Location>

I need to allow public access without authentication to a particular location:

/Images/MyDir/

I try to add this config:

<Location /Images/MyDir/>
                Order Deny,Allow
                Allow from all
</Location>

<Location />
                AuthType Basic
                AuthName "com staff only"
                AuthUserFile /etc/httpd/conf/passwords
                Require user stuff

                ProxyPass http://192.168.x.xx/
</Location>

but don't work. Can I resolv this?
