I have found some mailinglist managesrs, which reject E-Mails
IF in the "From:" header are non RFC-2047 encoded caracters.
Which mean, broken Windows Clients which asum always Winsuck
charsets or webmail client which send UTF-8 witout encoding
messages to quoted-printable or base64.
