You've lost me there.
Not sure how you should have your firewall setup but you need to let
external traffic through to your web server on port 80.
You may have two or more firewalls, if you are running a software firewall
then you will need to configure it to allow access on port 80. If you are
running your machine behind another device such as a router then your
router will have to be configured to allow traffic through port 80 to the
machine running the web server.
To find out if port 80 or and any other ports are open visit
http://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?rh1dkyd2 and have all your Common Ports
scanned. Port 80 should be Open, if it is not then something / someone is
blocking it.
Ooooops! Sorry, tried to be clever and provide you with a direct link to the
web page allowing you to perform a port scan on your own machine / Network,
it fails. Try this instead: https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 then
proceed onto next page to start port scan.
