If you need that, then you likely have another <location> block
somewhere that is denying access. You might want to check into that.
Now I can access the directory, but I only have the "Parent Directory" link.
Most likely the unix permissions on the files do not allow access.
Try requesting a specific file under that directory and see what error
you get in the error log.
