I changed the order of the RewriteCond as you suggested but
unfortunately it did not have any effect. Maybe I should also mention
that /testtinfo is a ScriptAlias:
ScriptAlias /testtinfo /var/testtinfo/cgi-bin
Could this cause the problem?
