Thanks. I had tried to follow this originally, and just tried
again, but without much luck. The most obvious problem is that
I'm getting a segfault from somewhere, and I'm not sure where.
When I run in debug mode, a request ends with (address changed):

[Tue May 20 09:26:38 2008] [info] [client 1.2.3.4] Content-Type is text/html;
charset=UTF-8
[Tue May 20 09:26:38 2008] [info] [client 1.2.3.4] Got charset UTF-8 from HTTP
headers
[Tue May 20 09:26:39 2008] [notice] child pid 90487 exit signal Segmentation
fault (11)

I also wasn't clear on what kind of flags to use with
ProxyHTMLExtended, if my goal is as described, just to let
everything go through.

I can post my configuration if necessary. If there's any other
solution, I'm still very keen to hear it. If there's a more
appropriate list or forum for this, I'll post there instead.

Thanks.
