I ran into similar problems trying to configure under RHEL5. Version 2.2.9 would not parse the options passed to "configure" correctly. Is there anyway to notify the maintainers so that they can remove 2.2.9 from the website or at least post a warning in the download page?
This buggy version is generating lot of noise. -Jorge -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Ben Aurel Sent: Wednesday, July 30, 2008 8:14 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Re: Apache 2.2.9: ./ configure: WARNING: Unrecognized options: --enable-mod etc oups - I missed a previous posting to the exact same problem. therefore this should be considered as closed.
