If a browser with a User-Agent containing "MSIE" requests a .html file,
change its Content-Type to "text/html" (because application/xhtml+xml works
in all other browsers):

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} \.html$
RewriteRule .* - [T=text/html]
