Thanks for the reply, I was not aware of the dedicate subversion list. I have already changed the require directive to use "valid-user". I restarted Apache and now have this message from Eclipse
"Location Information has been specified incorrectly" Svn: Malformed XML Keep Location Anyway I know this is not supposed to be this complicated, but there is not much in the way of troubleshooting this connection. I have found several examples of different confs and have tried several different things with the current config getting so close. I will try to repost this in the svn apache list.
