This occurs after doing a 'reload' on apache, then trying to use the a site with a reverse proxy (relevant lines of config appended).
Note that there are 2 sites (IP based virtual hosts with SSL bound to the same IP but different ports) with a different reverse proxy target (.../admin and .../user in the example).
