It depends how active your system is, in case the storage space allocated for those files has already been reused or not. If not, you could try to use photorec to recover the deleted files. The main issue around this is that it is usually recommended to not use the system anymore before starting any forensic operation. In a perfect world, this would mean taking that server offline. One other option would be to check whatever backup system you may have if those old log files may have been saved before. Also, I would recommend adjusting the logrotate configuration right now to avoid being in that same situation in the future. Best of luck.
