Hi:
Is there a way to convert a string from a db field to HTML
code? I am looking for a standar way to do it either
directly with ingres or with Javascript.
For example assume you have an address field with this
text:
"500 Washington St." in HTML code would be:
"500%20Washington%20St." this can be useful for sending
parameters using the GET method.
The problem I have found is that in the web deployment
option if you use the :variable there is no way to add " "
around the field's contents if the field contains embedded
spaces.
