Sorry I was not very clear. During the install on a new machine, the dialog box asks for terminal type and timezone environments but the dropdown list does not display.

I'm not quite sure what you're referring to - Visual Manager I assume? Where exactly are the drop-downs you're referring to? I couldn't find them in 2.6.
