most of us have ported appache to IPv6 the problem is appache has
specific copyrights and you cannot then redistribute the source code.
would it be wise to ask the IPv6 forum to contact appache and ask them
to take diffs from multiple ports (e.g. Compaq, Kame, etc) and post a
patch?  then all could down load it.
