Hello

I'v just started with ipv6 and it is running in two machines:

1. RedHat linux (seems to work fine)
2. FreeBSD 4.0 (configuring? problems)

Only these two machines are connected together and both have only one eth-card.
In RedHat all seems to work: ping6, telnet6, tcpdump etc.
When I'm doing pin6, telnet... from freebsd i must give the name of an interface
(separated by %-mark)
after target-hosts ipv6 number to get them work.

Runnig tcpdump in FreeBSD and pinging whitout specifying interface, tcpdump shows
that freebsd starts by sending this "ipv6-arp"(ICMP-message) and receives an answer,
but it does not send
any pings after that! So I guess that it cant "bind" this answer to an inetrface?

In rc.conf I have set this interface (fxp0) to be default and only one, but I have
maybe missed some
critical things (in configuration). So if somebody knows, please answer. Thanks.

Roy
