IPv6 6to4 6bone hookup

G'day.

Currently running FreeBSD here.  How does one become part of the 6bone?
where can I get a list of nodes I can contact to arrange a tunnel for some
experimental address space?

Also, should I upgrade my nameservers to bind 9.x?
