=> no, there are two different things:
- regular "INRIA" stack with regular Mobile IPv6 available at
ftp://ftp.inria.fr/network/ipv6/...
- Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6) add-on done by colleagues
of INRIA near Grenoble (inrialpes.fr domain).
