Hi,
looks like Zama-Networks has an IPv4 connection problem. Their DNS
servers cannot be reached, a IPv4 traceroute will stop on backbone
edge routers. See data below. Looks like the network
203.142.130.0/something ge 24 is going lost in the global IPv4 BGP
routing table.
