Hello all,

I am try to use the rat-4.2.20 tool in multicast tests but I have several
problems.
After compile and install the rat tool,

1) on /rat-4.2.20/tcl-8.0/unix directory
     ./configure --enable-ipv6 (OK)
       make (OK)

2) on /rat-4.2.20/tk-8.0/unix directory all (./configure --enable-ipv6;
make; make
    install) steps run ok

3) On /rat-4.2.20/common directory
      ./configure --enable-ipv6 (OK)
      make (OK)

4) On /rat-4.2.20/rat directory
        ./configure --enable-ipv6 (OK)
        make (OK)
        make install (OK)

I do two tests (for IPv4 and IPv6): rat 224.2.0.1/8100 --- IPv4

                                                        rat
/8100 ---- IPv6

and the errors messages is the following: in IPv4 test -
"RATv4.2.20: Could not initialize MBus! Is multicast enable?"

in IPv6 test -
"Can't resolve IP address for ff02::1 : no such file or directory"
"Bind: Address already in use"
"RATv4.2.20: Could not initialize MBus! Is multicast enable?"

On my kernel options I enable the IP multicast option.

Have you idea where is the problem?

Thanks in advance
