Assume my subnet has a router announcing /64 prefix using stateless autoconfiguration (PnP) addresing mechanism, and someone comes and just plugs his laptop to this subnet, gets his IPv6 address, evrything is working. So, any practical / ease of management way to control these kind of hosts? What I mean is that we were controlling/filtering/identifying hosts in a subnet by getting their "unique" IPv4 addresses, now it seems it's better to concentrate on MAC addresses (or EUI-64).
