I don't have  such a good manager but a script (SuSE) where I can set a 
variable FW_SERVICES_EXT_IP="ipv6" which means, that ipv6 packets will pass.
Instead of "ipv6" you can also use the value "41". (The translationtable is 
/etc/protocols.)
