does anyone know whether the DNS delegation of 

                e.f.f.3.ip6.arpa.

will ever happen?

It's still not delegated, therefore all PTR requests by e.g. newer
Linux glibc (which uses reverse-nibble.ip6.arpa) will fail :-(
