OK, Win2k and XP are setup differently.  On Win2k, you need to download the
IPv6 Technology Preview.  It requires SP1 or later (for SP2 and 3, you have
to tweak the INF file - docs on the Microsoft site).

XP is easier, you just have to install it from a command prompt (more info
on the XP IPv6 site).

Try doing a search for IPv6 on the Microsoft site.

Once you have IPv6 installed, it's available for all applications to use.
Next challenge is to get connected.  For most people, the easiest way to get
connected to the IPv6 network is freenet6 (http://www.freenet6.net).  Thye
support Windows, Linux, *BSD and other platforms.

Running IPv6 here (on Win2k) over a tunnel to the firewall (it traverses a
local VPN link and a IPv4 only router), which is on IPv6.  The ultimate
connection from there is via freenet6.
