I'm not sure what you mean by "central repository".  However, the fact
is that we have always been just a contributor to BSD, mainly focusing
on IPv6 and IPsec.  We've never intended to be something special
(e.g. in the sense of controlling their development policy) in the BSD
community.  Of course, our comment may have affected their policy,
particularly on IPv6 and IPsec, but it's not different from other
contributors.
