Xs4all is *NOT* a free ISP. It's a commercial ISP providing broadband, hosting etc See http://www.xs4all.nl/uk/index.html As for the SixXS project, we don't limit any traffic based on bandwidth. Theoretically that means that you can do a 100mbit with ease, I've done tops at around 90mbits, Iperf is fun. Ofcourse it depends on the POPs, your, the connection in between and where it is going to how much you can effectively push over it. The only 'limitation' is that it doesn't provide a transit service and thus that you should use the source IP's as given out to you, all the others get silently dropped. If you want transit, buy transit. And ofcourse any other kind of abuse is out of the question.
