Did you try some webtools to traceroute back to you?
Take care on testing, because if the remote sites are also 6to4 connected
(like www.ipv6.bieringer.de is), asymmetric routing occurs. You can check
this using tcpdump.
I saw such problems some times ago for myself. Try to use a dedicated 6to4
gateway instead of the anycast address.
