Yes it is possible if your your ISP, ISP of your partner, and the whole path between them supports IPv6 multicast namely: PIM-SM IPv6 and possibly Multiprotocol BGP to provide source reachability information.
The two key component PIM-SM IPv6 and multiprotocol BGP (with IPv6 multicast NLI) should be implemented. For end systems: you should have MLD.
The multicast is about the technology, not about market segment.
