Ipv6 Security

Hi all, I am a post graduate student and currently working on Project about IPv6 security. Can any of you experts out there please give me information about IPv6 security apart from IPSEC. As most of my research about IPv6 security has given me information about IPSEC and I just wanted what other built in security comes with IPv6, because of its other features like a very long address which can give some sort of protection from vulnerabiltiy scanners or because of its multicast addressing feature which successfully thwarts the "SMURF" Denial of service attack. Any comment/information on these issues will be appreciated....   Regards, Syed
