Time to step back a little, I think ... it looks to me like there are
multiple incompatibilities between the metadata on your domain objects and
the existing database you are trying to target.

I suggest you have DN build a brand new (empty) database then use DB tools
to compare the two schemas.

But I don't think this is really Isis or even a DataNucleus problem.
