You would indeed expect transactions to be managed. (It's not a real problem to 
start a transaction manually. Just need to not know you have to start it 
yourself.)

I've gone ahead and introduced a new optional hook for
AbstractIsisSessionTemplate so it's easier to subclass.  Will be in Isis
1.6.0.
